Bus Routes: There have been changes to bus routes with some additional roads added in different places. We feel it provides some more convenient pick ups and drop offs. It does change times on the stops. Afternoon drop off times won’t be known until we run it with students a few days. As far as mornings we have a ball park estimate on times as we start the school year but those times will adjust during the first two weeks after we have some consistency. Please contact the office with questions about specific arrivals at 644-2206. Here is a summary of route changes but again, call the office anytime with questions.

Admission Price Increases: As all of you know the cost of doing business keeps rising in all areas and athletics is no exception. Paying for referees, game administration, custodians, and other overhead costs can be over $1000 for a night for a high school basketball game. In order to combat some of those expenses some changes were made to admission prices and annual passes for extra-curricular activities this coming school year. It has been over 10 years since admission fees have been raised and we hope that everyone understands the District’s position with keeping things running for our students. For 2023-2024 the following prices will

AdultsStudents
$8 for a Varsity Game$4
$10 for Double Varsity$5
$3 for JV only$2
$3 for JH only$2
$0 for Seniors 62 or Older
but donations are welcome and appreciated

Annual Athletic Passes will be $70 for an adult, $55 for a student, and $165 for a family of five. There will no longer be a list of names for those purchasing a pass. Spectators will have to present their pass or a photo of it on their phone at each event. Every spectator must check in at the ticket booth at each contest. This will help our ticket takers out immensely. Too many spectators take advantage of our ticket takers then do not pay. Some just walk by assuming the ticket taker knows them or knows they have a pass.

There are also increases for participation fees. These fees help to offset costs for hotels, meals, and other expenses for athletic seasons. High School athletes will be charged $50/sport and Junior High athletes will be charged $40/sport. These fees must be paid before the second athletic contest of the season. If an athlete has trouble with paying the fee he/she will need to discuss options with their coach and the administration.
